Asian Fire Chicken

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
2 and 3/8 teaspoons of garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 of a cup of canola or vegetable oil
8 chicken strips, or equivalent

Instructions

1.) Mix the ingredients. Marinade the chicken for 4 hours or more in a refrigerator.

2.) If the chicken is skinless I recommend cooking in a pan using oil or marinade. If the chicken has skin it's safe to cook on a grill.
